we only have 91 octane water here or race fuel. I have a log we did on Seb's and my cars where we marked down on the chart each dyno run at every boost level before and after on the exhaust parts, but not dual pops. The gain of the 3 inch parts before and after was similar at 15 PSI, 17 PSI, 19 PSI and 21 PSI. The curves looked about the same for each boost level showing about the same area gain for the 3 inch parts at all boost levels. If you would like I can dig up the info at any boost level you want to see.
